OPERATOR AND ELIGIBILITY
Good Girl Academy is operated by Datingjutsu LLC in the United States. The website, course, checkout, and member experience are for adults age 18 or older. By purchasing or creating an account, you confirm that you meet that requirement and can enter a binding agreement.
THE PURCHASE
Foundations of Healthy Submission costs $49 USD as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and has no recurring billing. No physical item is shipped. After independently verified payment, the purchasing email receives a private Good Girl Academy account-access or claim message. A browser redirect, thank-you page, order number, or customer-controlled value does not grant access.
PERSONAL COURSE LICENSE
A completed purchase grants one person a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the published course materials while the service is operated and the account remains in good standing. Do not share, sell, or transfer access. Course videos, notes, workbook materials, designs, and teaching materials belong to Datingjutsu LLC or its licensors. You may not redistribute, record, scrape, copy in bulk, resell, publish, train a model on, remove attribution from, or create a competing product from the materials.
PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND REFUNDS
Shopify hosts checkout. The payment method shown at checkout is processed by the activated payment provider. Good Girl Academy does not receive or store a full card number or CVV. You are responsible for applicable taxes presented at checkout. The Return and refund policy displayed at checkout is part of these terms. Under policy version 2026-08-21-v2, you may request a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, no questions asked, and course progress does not affect eligibility. Each order keeps the policy version accepted at checkout.
ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
Provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and promptly report suspected account compromise. Shopify checkout does not replace your separate Good Girl Academy member account. An optional Academy name and icon may be used in member spaces; your private account email is used for access, receipts, security, and support.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not bypass access controls; probe or disrupt the service; impersonate another person; use another customer's claim or recovery link; interfere with payment verification; abuse refunds or disputes; or use the service to violate consent, law, or another person's rights.
EDUCATIONAL SCOPE
The course provides general educational perspectives about relationships, behavior, chosen submission, consent, boundaries, and standards. It is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, diagnosis, crisis response, emergency support, or a promise of a relationship or particular result. You remain responsible for your choices, boundaries, safety, and use of the material.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may restrict or terminate access for credential sharing, infringement, unlawful conduct, threats, abuse, security interference, charge abuse, or material violation of these terms. Where practical, we will consider context and provide notice. A verified full refund revokes access attached only to the refunded order; independent valid access remains intact.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or meet every individual need. Datingjutsu LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from a course purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT
Massachusetts law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Massachusetts. CHANGES
We may update these terms for legal, security, operational, provider, or product changes. The current version and effective date will be posted, and material changes will receive a reasonable website or account notice.
